Northern Georgia Logistics operates a major logistics warehousing and distribution facility serving Chattanooga and the north Georgia area. It presently operates a 40,000 square building located in the Rock Spring Industrial Park in Walker County at 296 Fields Dr., Rock Springs, GA. In addition to providing warehouse and distribution services, Northern Georgia Logistics will provide customers with logistics in Georgia and throughout the country as well as shipping and transportation, and a document storage and destruction service management.

Northern Georgia is a member of the Ohio Logistics family of companies. Ohio Logistics is headquartered in Findlay, Ohio, and is one of the largest privately held logistics firms in the Mid-west. It currently operates 17 warehouse sites in seven states with over 6 million square feet of warehouse and distribution space. It has eight sites in Ohio, three in New York, two in Pennsylvania, and one each in Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, and Wisconsin.

Ohio Logistics operates Foreign Trade Zone #151 in Ohio. It also has its own trucking subsidiary, Ohio Logistics Transportation Group, and a document storage and destruction company, Document Services Company.
